Stories swirl around phantom bases around the world. Despite what the “official” government stories are, these bases are involved in some weird shit. This new account comes via James Casbolt, a former high level operative who worked at Base AL/499. James says that this base is located about 200 feet under the English village of Peasemore and is part of Project Mannequin.
According to James, Base AL/499 is doing research into cloning genetically enhanced humans for the purposes of mind control. Their ultimate goal is to create sleeper assassins that can be activated at will. Since humans don’t currently have any cloning or genetic enhancing programs that are this sophisticated, I’ll give you three guesses what off-world location the tech and information originates. Word is the NSA is overseeing this project with a hand from the Illuminati. I’m sure they have totally benign intentions with this program.
